Tirupati Balaji was revealed by himself
South India is a very beautiful
part of India… which attracts tourists for its grandeur and natural beauty.
Just as the sea coast and natural hill station in South India is
famous..Tirupati Balaji's temple is the most popular. Lord Venkateswara is also
known by many names such as Balaji, Govinda and Srinivasa.
Tirupati Balaji's temple is in Chittur district of Andhra Pradesh. This temple is considered to be the wealthiest temple in India, because it brings donations of crores of rupees every day, as well as the tradition of donating your hair here. Apart from this, there are some such things in Balaji, which is most unique.
The Tirumala mountain is a part of
the Seshachalam mountain range. The seven peaks of this mountain represent the seven heads of Lord
Adisheesh. These seven peaks are called Seshadri, Neeladri, Garudadri,
Anjanadri, Vrishabhadri and Venkatadri.
If you pay attention to the idol of Lord Balaji in the temple premises, you will hear the sound of the huge ocean flowing from that idol ... which in itself is quite surprising. That is why there is always moisture in the idol of Lord Balaji. You will feel a strange peace in this temple.
It is believed that no one created a black divine idol installed in the temple here, but it itself was revealed from the ground. Being self-manifested it has a lot of recognition. People consider the mountain of Venkatachal as God and hence shoes are not carried on it. It is said about this temple that it is built on the seventh peak of Meruparvat, which is believed to be the symbol of Lord Sheshnag. This mountain is also called Seshanchal.
Its seven peaks are said to symbolize the seven fauna of Sheshnag. These peaks are called Seshadri, Neeladri, Garudadri, Anjanadri, Vrishtadri, Narayanadri and Venkatadri. Among these, Lord Vishnu is crowned on the peak of Venkatadri and for this reason he is known as Venkateswara. The hair on the idol of Lord Venkateswara Swami in this temple is said to be real. Because these hairs never get tangled ... always remain uniform soft. For this reason, people believe that here is the abode of the God. A special type of Pacha Kapoor is used for cleaning the idol of Lord Tirupati Balaji.
If this camphor is rubbed on a stone or a wall, it licks at the same time. But the idol of Lord Balaji does not harm anything with this camphor. Lord Tirupati Balaji is completely covered with sandalwood on Thursday of the week… and when this lap is cleaned, a statue of Lakshmi itself emerges in the idol itself. It remains a mystery till date, how it can happen.
Balaji is seen thrice a day in the temple. The first darshan is called Vishwaroop, which occurs in the morning. The second darshan takes place in the afternoon and the third darshan takes place at night. Apart from these, there are other darshans, for which different fees are prescribed. There is no charge for the first three views. The entire idol of Lord Balaji can be seen only at the time of consecration on Friday morning.
